I was recently made redundant at a company where I was really looking to grow. It was an incredibly stressful time.
After recalibrating from working 40+ hours a week, with nothing but time to look through job boards and LinkedIn, and hearing back from other recruiters about another rejection or another offer that didn’t make the cut, Carmel got in touch.
Unlike other recruiters, Carmel had made me feel listened to, audited my skills and took what was important to me as a priority for what vacancies were available.
Not only that, after the screening call she even sat down with me over zoom to give me some prep tasks before interviewing. This further reinforced my confidence, as I got a great insight into understanding the company I was applying for and what was important for them.
